Due to the nature of our premium spirits, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed bottles within 14 days of delivery. For safety and hygiene reasons, any items with a broken seal are ineligible for a refund or exchange.

Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the unopened Au Vodka bottle in its original protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to us without damage.
Ship the Item
Send your package to our returns center using a tracked shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Inspection & Refund
Once our team verifies the integrity of the seal, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
